Why the amazement. About twenty years ago (investment)banks developed "beautiful new products" based on people needing housing and buying overpriced mediocre homes all over the US. Either they were too stupid to realize the risk they were creating, or they knew but did not care. The way they were allowed to loan too much money to hardworking people, bordered on fraud. It was surely amoral. Many homeowners lost their savings, their house, eventually also their job. It caused a global "credit crisis" - that reverberated for a long time. The big players were helped by the US Government. No one was taken to task for the risk created to rake in billions. None of those responsible for the mess, had to pay back a bonus received thanks to wonky arithmetic. No one went to prison. The people who lost it all, they got nothing. Why do you expect these big institutions with no moral compass to behave differently in other sectors ?
Boom wrote: "BOOM concluded, paradoxically, that the major beneficiaries of the Climate Change “emergency” narrative were the conventional energy industries " but in this post, does seem to raise the spectre of the UN. I would argue that the major beneficiary is the UN, or at least it is working hard to be.
Ever since the UN failed in its bid to raise money directly and take world power through the FTT (Financial Transaction Tax), the UN has worked on other ways to gain that money and power. It saw climate alarmism as the mechanism and has made a lot of progress. Maybe the banks will stop its power grab, once again, as they did with the FTT initiative. We can but hope.
I don't always agree with David Icke, but this time he gets it right - Trump's true agenda is to promote digital world slavery, ie the so-called "new world order". He's started early. Don't be distracted by the many distractions which have already been prepared.
